MzTEK: women artists, techies and tinkerers

MzTEK is a nonprofit collective with the aim of encouraging women artists to pick up technical skills in the fields of new media, computer arts, and technology.

Based in London and supported by Hackney arts institution [ space ], we host a range of workshops, talks, and self-initiated tinker sessions.

Because we’re keen to provide a curriculum based on the needs and wants of the community, we host a “Wish List” — an open forum where you can post which classes you would love to take either to nurture your artistry, career, and curiosity.
